Before the Chernobog incident, Zima was a middle school student. In school, she displayed a peculiar interest in fighting and violence. Multiple tests have shown she has the strength and solid constitution characteristic of the Ursus race.
Currently, she leads a squad of Vanguard Operators.
Imaging tests reveal clear, normal outlines of internal organs, and no abnormal shadows have been detected. Originium granules have not been detected in the circulatory system and there is no sign of infection. At this time, this Operator is believed to be non-infected.

[Cell-Originium Fusion Rate] 0%
Operator shows no signs of infection at this time.

[Blood Crystal Density] 0.1u/L
This Operator has rarely come into contact with Originium.
Zima defies most people's preconceived notions what an Ursus should be, expecting her to be irascible and sensitive. When she has something to say, she says it directly, and doesn't much consider what kind of impact it's going to leave her targets. What is certain is that Zima feels her words and actions are acceptable. Even so, as soon as she feels like one of her friends is being bullied or treated unfairly, she will stick up for them regardless of the circumstances.
As a result, childish jokes should be kept to a minimum in her presence. As for dealing with young Operators, a flexible attitude must be maintained.
The short of it is that Operators should watch what they say around Zima. They should be somewhat honest, but also help Zima understand that she and Rhodes Island share mutual interests.
Zima was born in the city of Chernobog in the Empire of Ursus. Reports have indicated that in recent years, student groups have become a popular for young Ursus to organize. Influenced by the cultures of countries like Victoria and Columbia, they spend all day immersed in rock music, beer, and fight clubs. The leader of every group of students has their own nickname. Zima's first nickname was, appropriately, 'Zima,' a nickname given to her by the leader of the eastern campus's student group after she defeated him. A separate group called her 'General' (a derisive in-joke within that group - Ursans often joke that 'Generals' are incompetent and untrustworthy). However, after the annihilation of all the other student groups around the campus, people began to merge the two nicknames, and began to call her 'General Zima.'
It is clear that ever since the Chernobog incident, the surviving Ursus students have gathered in a loose group around Zima called the 'Ursus Student Self-Governing Group.' According to reports from some Operators, the students use Istina's room as a place to gather. They call it 'The Classroom.' We should maintain a schedule of periodic observations of this group's daily activities.
Zima's recent reading list:
Nikolamina - Fine summer reading!
Jump! - Special Edition - One of the year's Top Ten Recommendations
The Death of Ilyich, the Suspect - (Recommended Genre: Detective Literature)
Friedrich's Theory of War - (Volkhov Press, reissued in October)
......
Despite how she seems, Zima does not show any indication of poor reading skills. The breadth of the genres she reads has left us with a deep impression. Perhaps we need to re-consider what we think of as popular literature among the middle school female population.

Behind Zima's back, someone gently prods her with a finger.
She doesn't turn to look. She knows, instinctively, that it's Istina reminding her that her earphones are on too loud.
Zima likes to listen to music, and especially cherishes an electronic genre popular among the Ursus youth known as 'hardbass,' the pumping rhythm and heart-shaking bass of the tracks always fires her up, and her limbs can hardly resist the urge to fill with the beat—a desire to throw hands and feet and bust down the joyless everyday, an eagerness to free her tied-up mind always ready to color her soul.
There was a time where she'd sometimes wear earphones in battle too, grooving to the rhythm and stepping to the beat while cleaning up bandit nobodies.
Following one training session, Dobermann sternly pointed out to her that 'as I see it, you're simply venting your violence.'
Zima sneered at that, and nothing more. Anyone could tell she wasn't the impulsive girl she seemed, for she could distinguish between people she could openly challenge verbally without fear of blowback—like the Doctor—and people who really cared about the rules, for whom rebellion was best kept internal.
For youth like her, knowing that distinction was one of the principles of survival.
    Her other instructor thought differently.
Nearl was by no means strict with Zima's attitude, but the Kazimierz knight's invulnerability and tacit, solid endurance left Zima frustrated and powerless.
Nearl even listened to a few of her favorite tracks and told her 'It's fine music. Very full of energy.'
Zima eyed her somewhat warily at that. 'You gonna lecture me or something?'
The knight of Kazimierz shook her head.
'No. Whatever music you listen to, I have no objections.'
That was nice enough, but what came next was less pleasing to hear.
'But you still lack the strength to allow yourself to be distracted in battle. If you wish to earn a passing grade from me, this won't do.'
Zima couldn't help but glare at her.
'I will hold on to your player and earphones for now.' The knight of Kazimierz paid no mind to General Zima's fury; instead calmly speaking words she had never heard before, now even from her parents. 'Come now, no need for that frown. I'll spar with you using one hand; once you can best me like that, and are qualified to lead a team, I'll gift you a new set.'
'Kazimierz's latest model. I've no doubt you'll like it.'
    '......'
General Zima traces her hand over the latest Kazimierzian communicator-slash-player on her wrist, without a word cutting off the music she had playing and switching it over to access her squad's comms channel.
Her teammates chatter away, the mix of voices no less relaxed than the pumping hardbass rhythm.
Zima listens for a while, not realizing she's unconsciously moving her leg, tapping out a rhythm.
In her head now spins a rhythm more passionate, more fervent than her most beloved of tunes.
Alright, Zima has to admit, she does like this new model a lot—
She's all fired up, and doesn't even need any music.
